Here's our monthly round-up of manufacturing industry events, webinars, trade shows, conferences, machine tool auctions, and more!

The biggest manufacturing event this month is FABTECH Mexico, which kicks off in Monterrey on May 5th. Held in conjunction with AWS Weldmex, METALFORM Mexico and COATech 2015, this event could draw as many as 10,000 metalforming and manufacturing professionals from Mexico and Central America.

This month also brings Rapid2015, where you can get a look at the latest in additive manufacturing and 3D printing technology. Additive manufacturing is already widely adopted as a prototyping solution, and it is steadily making inroads into mainstream manufacturing as the technology improves and costs fall.
